General
How do I get a price?
Use the Get a Quote button to start online. Pricing depends on your yard size and how often you want service. Quotes can be run for all frequency options to help you choose.
Is there a contract?
No contracts are required. Plans are flexible with no long-term commitment.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. As long as your yard is accessible without your assistance, you do not need to be home during your scheduled service. Friendly dogs can stay in the yard after our team has met them first.
Do you take the waste away?
No. Due to volume, we do not haul waste. If your trash bin is outside, we'll use it. Otherwise, we'll double or triple-bag the waste and leave it neatly by your gate.
Scheduling & Plans
How often should I schedule service?
Weekly is our most popular option and keeps the yard consistently clean. We also offer bi-weekly and monthly plans, plus one-time cleanups, depending on your needs and number of pets.
Do you service during winter?
Yes. We scoop year-round. In snow we pick up what we can see without digging, and if snow is falling and travel is hazardous we reschedule for when the weather clears.
What are your hours?
Your yard is serviced on its scheduled service day. Exact arrival times vary depending on weather, route conditions, and the time needed at other properties.
Service Areas
What areas do you serve?

Weekly Pooper Scooper Service
What makes weekly service better than other frequencies?
Weekly service prevents waste from accumulating and keeps your yard in good shape. It's especially recommended for families with multiple dogs or those who use their yard often.
Bi-Weekly Pet Waste Removal
Is bi-weekly service enough for multiple dogs?
Bi-weekly service works well for many households. The best frequency depends on your yard size, number of dogs, and how often you use your outdoor space.
One-Time Dog Waste Cleanup
When should I consider a one-time cleanup?
One-time service is ideal for spring cleanup after winter, before hosting outdoor events, after returning from vacation, or whenever you need to tackle a big buildup.
How much is a one-time cleanup?
$67 gets you on the schedule and covers the first bucket. If we fill more buckets, those cost extra, based on how much we remove that day. One-time cleanups are billed at scheduling.
Can I switch to regular service after a one-time cleanup?
Yes. Many customers start with a one-time cleanup and then move to weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service.

Why Our Customers Stay Loyal
COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY
- You'll receive a text 5 to 60 minutes before we arrive and another when we start scooping.
- When we're done, we'll text you a photo of your closed gate, if your yard has one, so you know it's safe to let the dogs out.
- Our tools and shoes are cleaned after every visit with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant.
- Sometimes the weather forecast requires us to change routes so every yard can still get scooped during the same week, but perhaps not on your usual day. When that happens, we let you know in advance via text.
- Satisfaction guaranteed. Just call if there is ever a problem, and we will make it right.
