Washington-Sunnyland Service Guide
How to start pet waste removal in Washington-Sunnyland.
If you have never used a pooper scooper service before, it helps to know what happens between asking for a price and your first visit. Here is each step for a Washington or Sunnyland home, in order.
Step 1: the online quote
Everything starts with the Get a Quote link, which opens our online signup and estimate form. Washington and Sunnyland are both on our list of towns, but coverage is confirmed address by address, so the form is where you find out whether we serve yours.
The price depends on your yard size and how often you want us to come. It helps to know how many dogs use the yard and roughly how big it is, since both shape the price and the plan. The form walks you through choosing a plan. If you're torn between two, more dogs and a busier yard usually point toward weekly visits, and you can change plans later.
Step 2: a first cleanup, if the yard needs one
Our weekly, biweekly and monthly rates are maintenance prices. They assume the yard is already in manageable condition. If it has been more than 3 weeks since the last thorough cleaning, an initial cleanup is needed before regular service starts.
The cost of that first cleanup depends on how much waste is removed. An estimate before the visit helps, but the final amount depends on what we actually collect.
Step 3: your client portal
All service is prepaid through a secure client portal. If you sign up through our website, the portal comes with your signup. If you sign up another way, we create a login and email it to you, and setup takes under two minutes. In the portal you can link a card, pay automatically, get receipts and look back at your invoices and service history.
Regular plans are billed on the 1st of the month, and one-time cleanups are billed at scheduling. If you would rather not pay by card, talk to us. We can work with you as long as the month is paid before its first scoop.
Step 4: your first regular visit
Once you are set up, you get a scoop day that stays the same unless we tell you about a change in advance. On that day you get a text alert 5 to 60 minutes before we arrive.
You don't need to be home, as long as your yard is accessible without your assistance. Make sure any dogs in the yard are friendly and have met our team first. We walk the yard and pick up the waste. Our tools are cleaned after every visit with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant.
Later on: changing your plan
No plan comes with a contract or a long-term commitment. If you add a puppy, or your dog starts spending less time outside, talk to us about a different schedule. Customers who start with a one-time cleanup can move to a regular plan afterward.
Holidays can move a visit. If your scoop day falls on one, we do our best to come before it. If we can't, we skip that week and do a double cleanup the next, at the usual charge.
