Four-Town Service Guide

Getting a yard back on track in El Paso, Gridley, Chenoa and Pontiac.

El Paso, Gridley, Chenoa and Pontiac share one entry on our list of towns. In all four, the path is the same: clear what has built up, then pick a plan that keeps the yard ready to use. Here is what each step involves.

Four towns on one list entry

Julie's list of towns puts these four together. Coverage is confirmed for each address, so the online quote is the quickest way to find out whether we serve yours, and it shows a price for your yard too.

If you live near one of the four but your area isn't on the list, use our Contact Us form to ask about adding it, and we will consider your request.

When the yard needs a first cleanup

Our weekly, biweekly and monthly rates are maintenance prices. They assume a yard in manageable condition. If it has been more than 3 weeks since the last thorough cleaning, the first visit is an initial cleanup before regular service begins.

A yard can get there after a long winter, a busy stretch or a few weeks away. Tell us what you can about it when you start the quote. An estimate helps, but the final cost depends on how much we remove, including any extra buckets.

A one-time cleanup on its own

You don't have to sign up for a plan to get a cleanup. A one-time visit suits spring cleanup once the snow melts, a yard that built up while you were traveling, or getting ready to have people over. For a pre-party cleanup, please give us advance notice.

One-time cleanups are billed at scheduling, through the same secure client portal used for regular plans.

Moving to a regular plan

After the cleanup, a regular plan keeps the yard from filling back up. Weekly is our most popular plan and the one we recommend for more than one dog. Every other week costs less per month than weekly service and works for many single-dog homes, while monthly visits suit yards where waste builds up slowly.

No plan needs a contract. Regular plans are billed on the 1st of the month, and if your dogs or your yard change, talk to us about a different schedule.

Ready for scoop day

Each regular visit falls on the same scoop day unless we let you know about a change in advance, and a text alert comes 5 to 60 minutes before we arrive. You don't need to be home.

We do need clear, safe access to the yard. Keep the lawn mowed and rake fall leaves as soon as you can. Friendly dogs can stay in the yard after our team has met them first. Locked gates, unfriendly dogs, tall grass, ice or flooding can mean a skipped or rescheduled visit, and a skipped visit may still be charged.

Clean tools at every yard

Our tools are cleaned after every visit with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant, so each yard gets clean equipment. We may also take a photo of your gate for confirmation, and no personal or identifying information is shared.
