East Peoria Service Guide

Pet waste removal that works around your schedule.

Your visit can happen while you are away. This guide explains how that works for an East Peoria yard: what we need from you, how you know we came, and what happens when a holiday or a trip gets in the way.

You don't have to be there

Work, school runs and long days away make it hard to keep up with the yard. Our visits are set up so the cleanup happens whether or not you are home. On your scheduled day we come to the yard and do the work.

Weekly, biweekly, monthly and one-time visits all work this way, and none of them require a contract. It suits people who work long shifts, travel for work, or would simply rather come home to a yard that is already done.

Before your first visit

We need clear, safe access to the yard. Friendly dogs can stay in the yard after our team has met them first.

If the gate is locked, an unfriendly dog is loose, or something blocks the way in, we may have to skip the visit, and a skipped visit may still be charged.

Friendly dogs can stay in the yard while you're away once our team has met them. If you aren't sure how your dog reacts to someone new coming through the gate, keep them inside on scoop day. Nobody will be home to introduce them, and an unfriendly dog in the yard means a skipped visit.

How you know we came

You get a text alert 5 to 60 minutes before we arrive. Your scoop day stays the same unless we tell you about a change ahead of time, so you can plan around it. If weather delays a visit, we'll let you know.

We may also take a photo of your gate for confirmation. That gives you a record of the visit even when nobody was home to see it. No personal or identifying information is shared.

Paying without being there

Service is prepaid through a secure client portal, so you never need to be home to hand anything over. You can link a card, pay automatically and get a receipt each time, and your invoices and service history are there whenever you want to check them.

Payment has to arrive before we head out. If it hasn't, we can't do the cleanup, and we will contact you to reschedule once it is paid.

Holidays and time away

If your scoop day falls on a holiday, we do our best to come before it. If that isn't possible, we skip that week and do a double cleanup the following week. The usual charge still applies, since there is twice the waste to pick up.

If you have been traveling and the yard has built up while you were gone, a one-time cleanup clears it, and you can move to a regular plan afterward. To check your East Peoria address and get a price, start a quote online.
