“With 3 dogs that each perform their royal doody at least twice a day, I could not expect my dog sitter to keep up while I was away for 2 weeks (do the math!), especially in the dead of winter. I enlisted Royal Doody while I was away and now I'm positively hooked. What I thought was a needless luxury service is now something I don't want to live without. I don't have to worry about making time for doody pickup before dark. Service is prompt and thorough, even in the snow! They are extremely accommodating to my schedule and provide photos of the latched gate when they leave which is a main concern of mine. Bottom line, someone has to do it, and I'm glad it's not me any more! I highly recommend the Royal Doody Scoopers.”

COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY

  • You'll receive a text 5 to 60 minutes before we arrive and another when we start scooping.
  • When we're done, we'll text you a photo of your closed gate, if your yard has one, so you know it's safe to let the dogs out.
  • Our tools and shoes are cleaned after every visit with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant.
  • Sometimes the weather forecast requires us to change routes so every yard can still get scooped during the same week, but perhaps not on your usual day. When that happens, we let you know in advance via text.
  • Satisfaction guaranteed. Just call if there is ever a problem, and we will make it right.
